Was using the receivers on a flash bracket for a shoot last night and I guess I twisted too hard. Now, when I try to remove it, it turns but just clicks back to it's original position. The threads in the RF-602 ARE plastic, so I think maybe I stripped them or something. Anybody have any recommendations on getting them apart without damaging them?

I'm not familiar with your triggers at all. Just making a generic suggestion to try to help.
Most cases are ABS and can be carefully pried apart to open them. Might even find a tutorial with a google search. This is what I would try if there was no way to grip the insert. After you open it the insert might be accessible to hold. From inside you may be able to put a dab of super glue or ABS glue in order to fix the bond of the insert into the plastic case......
Good luck!

(Here) (external link) is a image I found on this page. Looks like maybe 4 screws hold the case together?

CA glue vapor forms a coating that is NOT good for electronics at all. Also be aware that CA glue tends to wick into any connected surface - let me repeat that - ANY CONNECTED SURFACE.

I should think placing these items in a "freezer" would help to separate them as plastic and brass/steel cool at different temps and will separate. The opening of the case is a good idea and also non harmful but the CA glue was a bad idea.

Yea, just a small dab on the insert not the electronics.
