I took this photo yesterday morning. It's the flag flying over the Mississippi River Bridge in Vicksburg, MS. While I was playing Omaha (poker) yesterday afternoon, a veteran proudly showed me a small flag he had been given earlier in the day. I suddenly realized that several of the guys at the table were veterans (mostly Vietnam). I excused myself from the table, and after a quick trip to WalMart and back, every one of them went home with a framed 5x7 of this photo.

Nicely done. Both the photo and the gesture.

Bless the recently fallen and their family and friends.
I have a Cannon with me at all times. You can't take the shot if you don't have something with which to shoot.
