Can anyone recommend any good Canon Speedlite tutorials?

Or are there any suggestions for a project that I could undertake in order to develop skills. Preferably a project that doesn't involve people so that I can take my time!

And thanks, i've already ordered this and it's on it's way! Looking forward to getting stuck into it!

Can anyone link me to examples of their work - particularly where they have used speedlites/ flashguns.
