Here are a few pics I took today using "Newer Rig Thingie"

So this is where I'm at so far, the rail is nice and smooth, there is a little bit of slop but nothing to cry about, I've set up a drive belt and DC motor but even with the reduction gearing its far too fast, while its not that functional for moving the camera it makes for a great brake, next plan is to figure out how to run a stepper motor with some type of portable controller, Any ideas? ? ? ?
