Short hike on the Wildwood Trail, Forest Park, Portland last week. Wet and cool but the sun came out for a bit.

This was a rest stop built in the 1930s by the CCC I believe. Along Balch Creek on the Wildwood Trail, Portland.

Thanks Stan, it was a fun hike but I've noticed the hikes need to be shorter these days.

These look like scenes from a fantasy-type movie. Love 'em both!

Second one reminds me of something from the ancient times. Very mystical. Both well done. KUDOS.

Have plenty of Canons, enough ammo, enough to blow 'em to "L". Now, I just have to learn to aim.

Thanks - the house just reminded me of the new series being filmed in Portland - Grimm.

Thank you for the comment. We will definitely try for another run at this place. I have a few more to work through but nothing really good I think.

There is a new fantasy series on TV this season called Grimm and it is being shot in Portland... This looks like a good spot for a scene.
