actually just got a few PWIIs, so I'll want the PW module and the skyport :)

Yeah, they´re only 99GBP at the moment so I am really tempted.

The two most memorable part of the event for me was...
1. When the Camera man collapsed.
2. When he dismissed the use of those "tiny light" Speedlite! As soon as he said that, I thought to myself... You've just lost 60% of your audience here... and still people were asking about how achieve those looks with Speedlites. Lol

yeah what happened with the cameraman? I tuned in right as they were coming back from helping him out.... didn't see what actually happened.

Welcome James

I've got both modifiers. How you use them together will depend on what look you want.

Welcome aboard! That's a great kit.

I like the Deep Octa as key for single subjects or tighter shots, has a little more punch/contrast. I find myself using the 53" when I'm shooting groups or want a little softer look.

Thank you and thanks for your replies - particularly in light of the all too general nature of the question
Experimentation is the key (no pun intended), no doubt. :)

James

I missed n1, but i was laughing at n2.

Did you catch the part where ZA was like "You owe me a dollar for everytime you say OneLight?"

Chase stopped by as well, i like chase, but i'm getting kinda tired to see him gate crashing all of the CL events lol.

There was another part, where they went for lunch i think, and in the corner of the BW "On break" feed, you could see a table with a light i think, and alot of smoke, and with a bunch of people surrounding it... I'm not sure what to make of that, were they making tea or did something burn out lol?

Yeah man, Chase is pretty cool guy and pushed alot of this teaching stuff, i think he has a hand in the entire CL thing as well.

I saw the chapel sixteen once and wasn't very impressed, i was trying to take photos of all the other people who were secretly trying to take photos of it. (Photography wasn't allowed) but i was a lil lad, not sure how i would react to it now.
