Places run by people who actually know how to prepare sushi correctly. 9 times out of 10 you'll get rice with stuff in a roll and thats it. and 9 times out of 10, I will eat it because I *LOVE* raw fish. but get it from a Japanese grocery or something like that where its prepared lovingly by a couple of old Japanese ladies in the back, oh man... the differences is unbelievable.
