So, uhh, does anyone still use the Elinchrom? I have stuff, but it's all crap, and unless I fix my stand, I too can't contribute :( I would love to add sone awesome photo's, but, until then, all I have are these :(

22 inch Fotodiox beauty dished Elinchrom 600RX 2 WITH 250W modeling lamp on as well for no reason, socked, and sadly, pointed at an unusual angle to Prince the Poodle!

No real idea what any of that meant, but we had already seen that massively over-exposed image. Why inflict it on us for a second time?

The image was not "over exposed" per se, it was over strobed :) I am certain that a difference exists?

So I've searched exhaustively, PM and emailed others and cannot seem to figure out what is probably a ridiculously simple question.

I'm trying to trigger Ranger RX with Odins. Ranger RX's included sync cord has male pc end to connect to camera, Odin receivers come with 3.5mm male to male pc cable, so in the end I have two male pc ends (that doesn't sound good). I'm assuming just to simply trigger the RX, I would need a male 3.5mm to plug into the Odin with a female pc to connect to the sync cord of the RX, no? Something like - http://www.bhphotovideo.com …MPCF_Miniphone_to_PC.html (external link)

Normally I would spend another few days searching, but figured someone on here could answer that in two seconds and probably throw in 100 links to threads specifically discussing this that I somehow missed.

Ah, the Elinchrom thread experiences another bizarre moment.

Perhaps you should have a look at the image posting rules.

Do not post the same image in multiple forums or in multiple posts. The end result will most likely be one of the threads being deleted by a moderator.

Yes, Including a lot of deleted posts.

Did you happen to use a light meter, or just SOOC? Thank you. ;)
