They're close but the Elinchrom Rotalux softboxes are slightly warmer.

Comparing Profoto and Elinchrom in the UK they seem to be about the same across the board, although at least with Profoto you can get grids for every softbox they make (they're not as nicely made as Elinchrom's but they're cheaper and don't require disassembling the softbox to fit).
