So My friend recently got married and asked me to be the photographer. since this was a first i really want to know what i need to work on!

Pretty nice series ..
#1 is well done
#2 nice capture
#3 would have been a lot better without the distracting leaf on her face
#4 would have been better if you did not cut off the finger and split the lighting condition.

yea i noticed the leaf on her face but couldn't find my way around it

It appears you could have taken a step to your right to avoid the leaf when shooting that photo. Or you could've used a bit of string to tie the leaf out of the way.

I think photos 3 and 4 could use a bit more contrast. I think 1 and 2 are pretty good.

Unfortunately, that is often the case. I can say that I've not noticed flaws in many of my photos, but as you begin to notice these things, you get better at correcting them before pressing the shutter button. Just keep at it and you'll soon not have any problems!

i like in #3 how you tried to frame the couple but yes, the leaf is very distracting. If this was a planned shot, you should have checked your photo before moving on so that you could ask them to do it again while you find a better angle to frame them. Moving a little to the right would've corrected this. Other than that BEAUTIFUL PICTURES
