It happened last month when the president of JR Hokkaido (the national rail company) committed suicide after the company ran into some problems (not financial ones either).

For sure, this is one huge embarrasement, but the company is diverse enough to survive this trouble. It's too early to tell what the fallout is going to be, but I'm optimistic and everyone is working hard to make their groups successful.
