I have noticed with my pictures even when filled flash is used I still get uneven skin tones. Would a reflector or having flash on flash mount help? Any tips/infos would be greatly appreciated.

I like the photo too. Wouldn't change a thing.
I'm a relative noob, but I did pick up a reflector to use with both natural light and for boucing off the flash. Glad I added it to my bag of tricks.

Thanks for comments everyone. I might have to borrow friend's reflector next time to see how it helps.

Here's another from same series.

the second image (two women) doesn't look like the flash went off. Are you asking about white-balance and how to correct? Flash and reflector won't help you get correct WB.

Always best to shoot RAW files in you camera so WB can easily be corrected after upload to computer. For this step, I use Adobe Camera RAW (ACR) software. First and very easy step when you get an image into ACR is to use the eye-dropper and sample the image for a neutral gray color. On your shot, I would have moved the eye-dropper around the gray scarf look for as close to identical RGB numbers as possible. Click mouse when you see 3 numbers close to each other in value. Your WB is pretty close!

Thanks for response.

Flash went off, you can see in their eyes. I know WB is off on the pictures but what I want to try to fix(if possible) is get skin to be at same exposure, instead of having lighter areas around the forehead, nose, cheeks, etc. Don't know maybe I'm just being too picky.

Ohhhh!!! You're talking about highlights. Seriously, the WB is fine. The exposure is fine too. Any discrepancies here will be fixed by dodging and burning. But honestly I think you're being waay too picky. You need to give yourself a little more credit.

Side note, the catchlights actually don't hint at a flash. So it's actually hard to tell. I would have ventured to guess most of these shots were ambient lighting.

These are nice as-is. I wouldn't change them.
