Why not consider a 1D mkIII? I went from using 5D's to the 1D3 series and noticed improved image quality. Speed, focusing, image quality, durability - everything. They should be going for good prices now and will do everything you ever need (except video of course). I don't see major differences between the 1D3 and 1DS3 until I get past 16x20. The attached is a couple years old from a noted portrait photographer that uses the 1D3.

I have the opposite experience. I have 5D and 1D Mark3. I use Mark 3 only for sports because of the better Af and frames per second rate. Otherwise for a low light portrait work I will choose my 5D any day.

Thanks, That could be a great option as well. I know its a great camera, Im just wandering if it would bother me being only 10mp...

Don't worry about "only" 10mp. It's plenty under most conditions. I have a friend with the previous 1D2 with 8mp and she uses Genuine Fractals software to make 40x60 prints that are stunning. I mentioned the 1D3 as you didn't want to give up speed for action work and it still does fine for landscape work. There is a 30% crop factor but this isn't much of an issue unless you want super wide coverage. For low light work my old 5D would hunt and stall where the 1D series bodies just lock right on an image and shoot. It allows me to "get" more shots easily. The past AF issues aren't a problem as have been painfully overstated on various forums. Yes, Canon had issues with the early serial number 1D3's but they will fix for free any model having af trouble. Mine is a later model and I've never had a problem. Canon seems to be conceding that the mp race is over if you read their literature about the new 1DX and its lowered 18mp (down from the 21mp of the 1DS3). Still more than ample. Noise, dynamic range, and accurate color tend to be more important than chasing down higher mp counts. Additionally the build quality of the 1D series far exceeds the other bodies in the Canon lineup.
