I have noticed something lately - when attaching two images, the second one is offset to the right by about 10 or so pixels.

For example, here:

https://photography-on-the.net …p?p=13419133&postcount=38

and here:

https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1114498

Or is it just me?

Rad

I think it's you. For me, the first pair are one on top of the other; the second are side-by-side when viewed full screen; directly aligned when I reduce the window size.

Both pairs were perfectly aligned for me too. Looks like the problem is at your end.

Yup, you are right. Not me specifically, but how IE9 is rendering it. Below is a screencap of the same post in Chrome and IE9 (64). As you can see, Chrome is just fine, and the Micrsoft product is a little wonky.

Well, if IE9's showing a problem, then obviously we aren't in compliance with standard HTML . . .. :{)#

I'll get right on it! NOT!

Firefox shows them one above the other. If I remember correctly, once you're in "Preview" mode, you can insert the attachments anywhere in the post that you want them. There's a paper clip icon for that.
