Hmm I think it's both because I can launch them stand alone or as a plugin. I'm not home so I can't tell you what the difference are between the two options.

Yup, just still have the tail end of a cold hanging on. Now I'm feeling the effects of some of the jobs I did recently. Strained both shoulders and it's making sleep difficult. :( Gonna take some tylenol before bed to try and sleep better.

I need a live-in masseuse.

Just got a new shutter release from Adorama... they're slowly becoming my favorite camera stores :D But since B&H's 85L II is cheaper I'm going with B&H :lol:
