I was a Knicks fan until they treated patrick ewing like crap. So i stopped supporting them after that and started following the Orlando Magic (back with Penny and Shaq days). Im watching them more now because of Carmelo Anthony (i was at syracuse when he was there and won the national championship). So i have been following his career since then.

How so? Orlando was trash for years! You forgot Shaq left and Penny lost his knees? You forget the debacle that was the Grant Hill signing? He never played for them. Tracy Mcgrady came over and barely got them into the playoffs. Terrible. Bandwagon would have been me becoming a laker fan when they were winning championships. Ewing was my favorite basketball player and when they treated him like trash i said screw the Knicks.

I loved Ewing too, I was really excited when he went to Seattle even though he was pretty beat up at the time. I have a signed / game worn pair of his shoes at home from one of the games he played here against the Suns. They're quite large... although they are a size or two smaller than the Horace Grant shoes I have.

Carmelo i follow for obvious reasons Having the knicks being a trash team is just terrible since that is my local team I rather them be some what competitive and i can at least enjoy a decent ball game. Although it was great when they were terrible. Tickets were dirt cheap since we paid to see the other team...kind of like what i do now when i go to nets games

Im convinced phoenix knows dark magic. Shaq, Grant Hill, and Penny all rejuvenated themselves while under the eye of the suns trainers. Steve Nash is really 54 but the trainers have found out how to slow his body from aging

Ewing in a sonics uni was terrible it was at the same time hakeem was wearing that god awful raptors jersey as well. It was so bad ewing got cornrolls. The man was depressed.

Yeah, Penny still was never the same. Shaq played well while he was here, so did Hill. Nash is amazing, but he is definitely starting to age now.
