good that you are patient then :P
relaxing weekend sounds nice, just think of the upcoming holidays :) although.. what sucks is christmas/new year falls in the weekend. do you know if you will get any days off?

Yeah the 7D does a fantastic job. When i make my next purchase it will be final for the next few years after that. So im in no rush. You lose a lot more money constantly trading around.

In my industry it has been the holidays for a while. So these past few weeks i have been drained. I will have my holidays off so no issue there.

How about on your end?

yeah i try not to trade, but upgrading to one to another is what i can afford at the moment. i originally wanted to upgrade to a 5d2 from a rebel xs but its just too much for me to put out so a 50d is what is settled with. goes the same with lens. i just want something i can use in the mean time :|

holiday for us is slow, as people are already being lazy and feeling like they are on vacation already (which some people actually are) :P

im looking at the calender now, it seems for sure i will get monday off. we kind of work with ups because of shipments and it shows they are not in service on monday. tuesday depends on the boss. if he sees that a lot of ppl are taking tuesday off as well then he may consider it.

Yeah it is all about what you can do within your means. You do very good with what you have. A good body and a nice prime can get your through for a long time :D

Hopefully you get that monday off! That would make for a nice 3 day weekend.

The Noink D3s certainly destroys the 1D IV in noise performance. Thing is Nikon can't stay with 12 MPs forever. They need to change the game with something else. :)

true, i did pretty well with the rebel xs and 50 1.4 alone before i started to wh0re in some gears :P

my friend was saying 'ur pictures were better with the old camera' which i kinda agree to. but now i get to experience more with what i have. id like to get familiar with them before i spend large amounts on the more expensive ones.

The 1D 4 is a bit better by one stop in ISO.

Not sure why people call it Noink. :p

Mmhmm. Been having trouble as of late.

Hmm I really can't decide... Clay Matthews or Aaron Rodgers. I think a Matthews jersey for a 6 month old girl is rather hilarious.
