here is a sample of my 1st fashion photo session, plz comment and give my ur advice on lighting, poses, quality and editing

model looked little stiffed and out of focus
keep practicing, you'll get better

Not bad for the first time.

I do agree that the model looked a little stiff and uncomfortable (maybe it's her first time too)
* the first photo her expression is not that great
* the third photo her pose makes her arms look chunkier than it really is
* a few photos look a tad soft.

Just a suggestion, don't go overboard with your copyright logo. You already have one in the bottom right hand corner, there's no need for the large "ainstudio.com" in the middle. It's fairly distracting.

Seems a bit too cluttered for most of the pictures, except for #3. Liked this one, leading lines and all. Is her face a little OOF?

I'd avoid the thumbs in pocket for #4, unless you want the low confidence/uncertain/n​ervous look.

Too much softening on the face.

agree with the above and the watermarks are very distracting takes away from the photo....


Nikon D90 with kit 18-105vr lens, Nikon 50mm 1.8, Sigma 70-300, an AB1600 with umbrella, and a SB-700

where abouts were you focusing when taking the shots? as like mentioned, face/eyes look soft, and thats what you want to be focusing on. put your camera on centre point af, foucs on the eyes, whilst still half pressing the shutter button - recompose / frame the shot, press shutter fully to take the photo! hope that helps, keep at it!
