PMIDigital (authorized Canon seller) is selling a BRAND NEW 70-200 II for $2199 and there is a Make Offer option. I tried to make an offer when they were selling it for $2399 and they wouldn't sell it for less than $2349. So I assume its the same with this. You can get it for $2149 and around $50 in ebay Bucks. So around $2100. Which is a great deal. I bought mine for $2348 (jr.com) on Oct 11th :(

I see it on Amazon for $2200 and change. How'd you get it at $2137?

I don't think it'll dip below $2100 before the holidays, it's a popular item. They stuff that retailers sell low before the holidays are either over stocked or crap they need to get rid of. This lens doesn't fit either of those.

If you can get it to show up in your Gold Box deals you get 5% off. Nice deal if you can wait for it to show up. I was *so* close to picking up a new 24-105L for $930-ish two days ago ...

I've watched it steadily go from around $2400 to $2200, bit by bit, day by day. Any chance it will go lower?

Graph doesn't show the current $200 rebate, I'd get it now if you can.
