Wow, for so many reasons...17-55 and a flash? Really sharp work of a really dynamic sport. #3 is the winner for me. -Brian

7d and 70-200 f/2.8.....all shot in Manuel at 1/250th at f/4 ISO 2500. Direct 580ex flash on bracket set to ETTL.

I think from now on I will be shooting ISO 1600, the flash will have to work harder-but it's worth it.
