Went off and left my sx20 so couldn't submit this week! There were some good photos and I had a hard time voting this week. I do think your 2nd shot is better, both are good, read up on composition And the rule of 3rd's, there is a section on the forum for critique but I think hearing from people with the same type of camera has more value to me. You could just start a new thread and ask for options. That is until you start learning then the camera is just a tool and the image is important not what you used to get it. Hans
