How to Creatively Deliver Wedding CD/DVDs

Up until now, I have been delivering my wedding CDs/DVDs in plain old white paper sleeves, with no special labeling.

Wondering what some of you do to creatively deliver your CDs/DVDs? I have seen leatherbound options, with the picture windows, but the ones I found only hold one or two discs. I would be looking for something that could accommodate 4-8.

Any advice, ideas, suggestions would be great! I'm not opposed to also including some prints, if it fits in with the delivery solution.

Thanks!

Lately I've been just giving them a high end thumb drive. It's easy and so far they've thought it was cool and tech. They're like "I can keep this?".

Memory sticks would be cheaper though, maybe i'll look at that. They don't look as nice as a leather case with a couple of photos in it though.

I use the DVD cases from Millers - I think they look fantastic, but are pretty expensive. Photoflashdrive.com has some cool flash drive stuff that may be another alternative.

I really want to start doing something like this (external link) with a photo from their day on it, but haven't found one big enough and affordable enough yet.

My last several weddings, I've delivered 5-6 GB of images to the client. An 8gb thumbdrive was perfect. I think I'll start attaching them to keychains - either 'just married' or a personalized photo keychain from their wedding.

I've looked at custom printed discs and folders/cases by MpixPro and others. I end up not wanting to take the time or incur the cost. I've always used standard clear jewel cases and HP laserwriter discs. Even though they don't look nearly as nice as a printed label, couples always seem surprised and impressed with them and it's very low cost.

I need to explore the thumb drive approach.

They look cool. However at about $30 for an 8GB USB drive and a nice box I think i'll stick with my DVD and Queensberry DVD case approach. The Queensberry are much more attractive, and even though they're more expensive still look like better value to me.

I go with something like this for the DVD:
http://kraftandjute.com …nalized-Media-Sleeves.htm (external link)
and USB drive

I recommend they put the DVD somewhere safe, and use the USB drive to carry around
I've had couples call asking for replacement DVDs after forgetting one in a DVD drive, but I've never had anyone ask to replace a forgotten USB drive!

The DVD has an executable that will 'refresh' the USB drive should they somehow erase it or wish to load up the images on a different usb drive
and I always use an 8 gig drive, and let them know there's plenty of space to include any guest-provided images, allowing them to keep everything together
