Honestly? It looks incredibly awkward and totally staged. The look on the guy's face says, 'I've honestly never been in this position before. What comes next, please?'

Looks sharp and well exposed. that's a good thing!

Might want to try cropping most everything to the right of the couple, 2/3 of the way through the greenery at top of fence past the couple. Nothing past the couple adds any value to the image.

White balance appears a bit on the cold side, but that a matter of taste, I guess. Looks like it's tilted a bit to the right also. The fence and architectural items in BG show slight tilt.

Thank you! noted for sure. curious to know what your recommendations may be for shooting couples without it feeling to "posed" ? I say this because it's kind of hard not to coach people into things natural and sometimes un natural poses. I thought this was just kind of a fun one.

My first impression was awkward pose. Plus your subject is centered.

I think the shot would be a lot more interesting if they traded places;)

The pose and the looks on their faces are really awkward. For some reason it reminds me of the lead in to a porn flick. Like was previously mentioned, having them dead center in the frame doesn't help either. You could crop a bunch off the left side of the image and not lose anything important.

I think this should be a vertical crop and if you reshoot try having them (or one of them) look at the other.
