A couple of weeks ago I posted a series of Rosate Spoonbills from the Ding Darling NWR in Sanibel FL.
During that same trip I got some shots of a few white pelicans and wood storks. The pelicans are always fun to watch as they seem to love to make all these crazy poses.

Very nice set, Garry. # 3 (Preening) and the last stand out for me. Good work.

I don't care what others say, I still love the ugly storks. :)

Nice shots mate.

Great shots Garry, don't know how I missed these....but I apparently did. Love the ones of the white pelicans.

Thanks guys,
Brett, I'm like you I like the first one too. I think
the lack of sharpness detracts some, but I do like the color splash.
Robert, the wood storks always look a little prehistoric to me which is
pretty neat. Not something you would expect to see everyday.
