Is there any difference between purchasing from B&H or Amazon? I never bought a lens from Amazon before but I've seen threads about poor packaging. I've been a general Amazon shopper though and couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service.

I've bought a few lenses from Amazon, no complaints.

It's a while ago. Beach Camera had 7D + 70-200 IS II for $3100 at one point (after $500 rebates) :). Since I've a 7D already sold it for $1400 so the rest went to the lens.
