Some local seascapes from the past couple of weeks.

We've been lucky with the weather here so it's been perfect for getting out with the camera. With sunrise at 08.00 and sunset at 16.00 there's no need to set any alarms and we've not even had a frost yet which is bit unusual for this time of year...

C&C is always welcomed, thanks for looking.

Simon

Excellent pictures, #3 is my favorite. What did you do to get the exposure so even?

I also like #3 best. All have good basic composition, but only #3 provides a center of interest strong enough to hold my attention. The other three lead you into the picture, but then there isn't anything to 'grab' me and make me want to keep looking. Just my opinion, of course.

Thanks to all for the comments, #3 was also my pick

The exposure was balanced out with a combination of grad ND filters. There's very little processing, only a bit of colour correction to get rid of the cast from my cheap filters.

Nice shots. I agree #3 is the best. I like the reflection on the rocks on #4. #2 is too dark on the top half for me. Did you use a GND?

Sony A7RII, 5DII, a bunch of lenses and lighting... Whatever gets the shot... ;-)a
