there's a whole equation to getting stuff into your goldbox. it's really random from what i've read.

i've been purchasing camera equipment off of amazon for the past three or four years... but i recently purchased a muppets book a month ago. out of the average 6 items on my gold box, i get 5 muppet related items then 1 camera accessory. some people get great deals though.

I just bought the 50L from Amazon for $1304.87.

I'm done. I am now done completing my lens collection. 16-28 f/2.8 II L, 24-70 f/2.8 L, 70-200 f/2.8 II L, 50 f/1.2 L.

Now I wait for the 5D Mark 3 to be released.

Black Friday and Cyber-Monday sure have been good to me this year.

Currently Adorama through Amazon $1,358.00. No gold box, rebate or other fancyness required.
