Up until two days ago, due to theft, I lost my 7D and all of my lenses. Luckily I had everything insured and I am now looking for replacements.
I mostly shoot weddings, modeling and family portraits, so lenses with low light capabilities are very important to me.
I am a pixel peeper who is a fan of fast primes and creamy bokeh.
I also shoot both FF(5Dc) and crop(30D and 7D).
I have a budget of $1100-1650 for lenses.
What do my fellow POTNers recommend?

What I lost
Sigma
- 10-20mm
- 24-60mm I wish this lens was still in production
- 85mm 1.4 Extremely sharp and accurate
Canon
- 50mm 1.8
- 55-250mm
Yashica Yashinon 50mm 1.4

What I am thinking
24-105L(Just bought)
and a combination of the following
70-200L F4/IS
135L
Samyang 14mm or something UWA
50mm 1.4/1.8 or 85mm 1.4/1.8

Don't mind me asking, what insurance company do you use for your gear? Also did you file for just a personal article or business for your gear?

5D Mark II
Sigma 50mm 1.4 / 100L 2.8 / 135L 2.0 / 1.4x Extender / 430EX II
Capture Clip System / LowePro 100

I used State Farm and filed the items under personal article. I am still in the process of filing the claim and am just praying it all works out.

Thanks.
Honestly I've browsed around this site for a long time and can tell you that the opinions of the people in that section are usually completely different from the ones here. I actually meant to post in the other section first.

Yashica Yashinon 50mm 1.4

so going with the higher end of the budget of course...you could do:

sigma 10-20mm $455
sigma 17-50OS $636
canon 55-250IS $149(assuming you bought it at the same time as the 7D)
sigma 85mm $920
canon 35mm f2 $330

total $2490...or you could swap out the 35mm for a 50mmf1.8 and save even more...

oooh...just saw you have a 5D classic as well...well that would probably change things...

Thanks.
I use the 5Dc and 7D combo.
Also, I just picked up a 24-105L for $860.
