found this in my basement, at first I thought it was a german cockroach, then I didn't. The scale is in inches I took a whole bunch of pics, this is no means the best but gives an accurate image of it's size..
No wings, maybe it's a nymph..

Looks like a cave cricket. Not uncommon in basements. Usually have longer rear legs though.
