Great White Heron/Egret in Flight

Very dreary day outside. Snapped this with my 5D Mark II and a 100-400L. Trying to decide if I should get rid of the 5D or the 7D. I should probably dump both and go back to a 1D Mark IV. Unfortunately, I just bought a 70-200 2.8 IS II so funds aren't there. Anyway, back to birds :)

Jason, isn't shooting birds, especially birds in flight, way easier with the 7D than with the 5D? I haven't shot with either camera, but I understand that the AF on the 7D is superior to the AF on the 5D.
Anyway, these are fine BIFs. Well done.

I departed with both of them and just went back to a 1D Mark IV. The price is hard to swallow, but the images are easy on the eyes :)
