Very nice! One bit of criticism... It looks like you're losing some shadow detail in the uniform. Not sure if they are THAT dark, but maybe you could rescue some of the detail. A good photographer can take extraordinary photos anywhere, with any camera and any lens while a mediocre one will take mediocre ones everywhere, with every camera and every lens.
