It looks like you're losing some shadow detail in the uniform. Not sure if they are THAT dark, but maybe you could rescue some of the detail. A good photographer can take extraordinary photos anywhere, with any camera and any lens while a mediocre one will take mediocre ones everywhere, with every camera and every lens.
