Gorgeous shot. Very nice conversion (I saw the color version and prefer the b&w), and I love the strong sideward pose and short crop.

I prefer working in B&W, but convinced myself that a front lighted head and shoulders with little shadows HAD to be in color. After two hours working on and posting the color version I still wasn't happy, decided to rework the shot in B&W just out of curiosity.. ----Presto--- - B&W was more dramatic and dynamic than the color...
