In as few images as possible. To keep it simpler (same camera angles and lighting, shorter duration per shoot).
Assume one strobe available, in addition to one ambient indoor lightsource. Umbrella, lightstand, PWs, and clamp as well.
- Poses - Examples to get as much possible, with as few images as possible?
- Flex muscles or not? Or both?
- Lighting - I thought quite hard lighting, for higher contrast, would work best, but what are your thoughts?
Hopefully be able to shoot once a day from the beginning of the experiment.
