This reminds me of when I was a kid in grade school in the home my parents owned. Once or twice a year a bat would get into our home and fly around upstairs where my twin brother and I would sleep and we would hear the bat flapping his wings inside the upstairs. Thanks Mike. I found them to be very fox-like. Kind of like something between a fox and coyote

Alligator
This small dam is always occupied by dozens of Cormorants.
They quickly vacated when this unexpected guest climbed over the wall.
