Saw this turtle at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary today and noticed the 2 "prongs" under the chin.

EDIT: It appears to be a Mary River Turtle, and the "prongs" are chin tubercles, for feeling around in the mud/silt.
A Mary River turtle breathes through its cloaca, a part of their genitals, which allows them to stay under water for up to three days.
