Thanks, i don't normally encourage people to use Wiki but it is accurate this time.
It should clear it up for you and a good read on this fascinating Mammal.
Edit: My lens was at water level for the shot adding to the confusion.

Well, that's what I thought the very moment I saw it. A very cleverly executed shot of liver in the middle of a large plate. The 'inappropriate' comment was added because I probably should have kept the thought to myself instead of posting it. If an admin deleted it, I would not be surprised... nor angry.

On recognizing it for what it really is - it's an awesome shot.

Monkeys were everywhere in India! This one was on the terrace of my room and he scared the bejeezus out of me (after I got the shot, of course).
