Wow, that cat reminds me of a trip to Busch Gardens in Florida in the 1980s. To ride the aerial tram you went into a building and went up some stairs. Just as you reached a landing and turned a corner there was a large black head with a pair of green eyes staring right at you. It was pretty damned close to you and would scare hell out of the unsuspecting.

Yes it was, It was real foggy one night and two were hit about 1 km from my home. Im interested to know how the deer makes you feel about the image. your opinion would be appreciated.

Pictures of dead animals are always unpleasant for me. When someone posts a predation shot, I feel sorry for the victim, even if it's a worm or a fly. Yes, everyone has to eat, part of nature, all that. However, your shot is very impressive and well done, so that I admire it at the same time. These two emotional reactions exist side by side.

Thank you, I know some will feel the same. I know I do. I tried to keep the gore non existent and make it more pro life on behalf of the Fox.
