I was thrilled to see him up on a hill hunting a mouse....but even more so when he ran down the hill right towards us. He was about 3 feet from me as he crossed the road in front of us, not even a bit scared. The wind was really shaking our long lenses & I was afraid all my shots would be blurry but only a few I had to toss.


Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

This year we finally seen the Spider monkey. We have seen all 4 species of monkeys in Costa Rica now.

Thanks for the PM about these two. The crab? Well, it's a good shot but I do like Spider Monkeys, with their sweet faces and "urchin" hairdos.
