This was taken at the National Zoo in DC last autumn. The tiger was very far away, and this was on max zoom with the G9. It was the only way to get it. I placed the camera on the rail.

These Kits were fun to photograph. I rented a 300mm 2.8 and was able to photograph them two nights in a row. This shot I believe was from the second night. You can see more of my work at www.p4photo.com (external link)
