I hear ya Jeff. Sad what the wolves have done to the big game populations. We seem to have lots of deer in the valley here now. Mostly because the wolves have driven them out of the mountains. Here in the valley the wolves do suffer from lead poisoning and such. We also have a lot of elk in the valley also for the same reason. Unfortunately this causes lots of other problems with conflicts with humans. No easy solutions right now. Miss all the moose also.vmad

This Saturday is the end of the deer hunt.. moose was in Oct. things may come around after a short bit. One thing is I'm seeing a few more moose around or was. We will see I guess, I stay out of the bush during the gun seasons.
