I'm not up to that, but know full well how others do.
If you've ever seen surveyors in action with a prism on a pole, the pole MUST be rock steady.
I once had a young lady on a job that smoked, something.
She'd hold the fag in her hand and it would jitter back and forwards at violent rates.
Clamp the prism pole and it was rocklike grip like I've never seen again. Phenomenal.
I take my hat off to those with acquired skills to handhold these cameras.

One would wonder how I can hold a camera off the ground without it shaking violently...

I have graves disease and blood pressure thats not the best... at one time a few years ago I could not get a spoon full of soup to my mouth..

It was always empty by the time I got to my lips... shaking so bad.. I no longer have a thyroid that works and live on meds..

So I just remove myself from the camera while I'm still holding it up.. Its a sight to behold lol ... not so much... but it works.

Oh! There's always those who defy the odds and be able to make far more of situations that others in far lesser predicaments would fold at.
Sobering thoughts.
Take care, and i still live in awe, more so, of your magnificent photography.

Take care. have you tried soaking your feet and hand in 50 deg Celsius water for 30 minutes after shower?
it helps in blood circulation.

Sounds like a great idea. I'm much better now and work really hard to keep on the good side of life.
