Great shot KDA. The dark reddish color of the water, and the darker hipppos, makes for a moody shot. I really like it.

With endless cloudy, foggy, rainy, misty days of winter, I'm having plenty of time to go through old photos. Here's one from a few years ago.

I came upon these two fawns and I think it was their first encounter with the human kind. They weren't quite sure what to do. But, after only a few seconds their natural instincts took over and they ran. :-)

i was fortunate to spend an entire day with a leopard cub and the mother at a dead giraffe site. Probably the giraffe might have died of other causes.
