Client wanted an older film style look with no excessive skin processing. What would you do?

Dan, it matters not a whit what we think...you supposed to be pleasing the client. Aside from that...it's not very flattering.

Ditto with Chauncy. I think you provide what the client wishes. Not sure I would go with a profile. But if the client is happy then you did well. I've always liked your images so you know how it goes sometimes with clients.
