I took this shot last year during my vacation in Italy. Now someone wants to buy an A1 print to decorate the wall in his new house.

But how much should I charge for it? I have very little experience when it comes to putting a price on photos.

Sounds about right.

More opinions would be nice. :)

But dont give them full copy right to sell that photo to someone else and make money. Make a contract up before selling the image.

I would say $300-500 for the image. Its a great image and would look great onces its framed.

$300-$500 sounds about right depending on your relationship with the client and how badly they want it. it's a great shot but not very unique, which makes it harder to charge a hell of a lot for.

That truly is an amazing photo. I would examine my costs for making the picture, and consider what you would do if approached by others. You seem to have a good following on Flickr. Would you price it differently if you made multiple prints and sold them as a limited edition? Sorry if I'm clouding the issue for you... You may just be looking for a number, but you may want to examine the possibilities.

Good luck!
