HD graphics 3000 for Photoshop cs5

What is your opinion of this graphic card in a laptop for running PS cs5. along with 6gbs ram and i5 processor with 1366x768 led display?

That should be fine. If you check some of the other threads here, you'll see a number of folks are running CS5 on the integrated graphics (I'm running an i7 with 8GB of RAM and it's plenty fast).

CS5 only uses the graphics card for certain things such as:

image zoom enhancements
flick panning
rotating the canvas
adjusting the pixel aspect ratio
color conversions

Pretty much something you don't really notice I wish they could utilize it better.
