It's been a while since I posted, so here goes nothin'.

Blog post here (external link).

This was an odd one. We shot the getting ready shots AFTER the ceremony, which was outdoors on the grounds of a Buddhist Monastery. They picked the place b/c they were there before and they just liked it. No wedding party. Just family and friends. It was cold and windy outside so people had their jackets on. No first dance. No any dance actually. No cake cutting. Only speeches and general dancing. Power went out at the reception too. No music, nothing, for over an hour. But everyone managed. Oh, BTW, the groom is a budding MMA fighter so I wasn't going to talk any smack on his wedding day!

As usual, C & C is encouraged. Shred 'em to pieces!

Is #3 tilt shift? Since when did you hop on the wagon?

Its only a small sample of the photos but #8's post processing doesnt seem to flow with the other 7.

My 11.11.11 wedding sounded a lot like yours, no cake, no first dance, really small... mine was just on a beach ;)

#3 is fake tilt shift. I'm not nearly tilt shift happy enough to own a dedicated lens. :)

I usually throw in a few monotone photos here and there. I agree that perhaps with the other 7 being color, it stands out.

I would insert the post-vignette a little less (but that's just me), otherwise, great set! without your background info, it looks to be a perfect wedding

Ah, OK. Never really thought I was too heavy handed on the vignetting. You are the first to bring it up. I try to make it as subtle as I can.

Anyone else thing the vignetting is too much? I genuinely would like to know! :)
