When I decided to go digital from a Minolta 35mm SLR about ten years ago, I was puzzled by the total lack of Minolta digital cameras, which I knew had previously existed (~$5,000).

I eventually managed to figure out that Sony had bought their technology. In the meantime, I'd bought Canon.

Those were great 35mm cameras. I bought mine in the 8th Army PX in Yongsan, Seoul, ROK.

I loaded my uncle's 126 film camera with 35mm and got a cool overlaped look. I shot carefree all day at my cousins wedding.
I stiched the images together to make a long scrap book type video.

Here are some stills

You can see my video on it here https://youtu.be/ulVRwIaua3Y (external link)

I show how I loaded it as well

My latest acquisition: a Kodak Dakar 1 (aka the Kodak Six-16) with a 128mm F/6.3 lens. An early "pocket" camera... (about 1935). Got it complete with manual (in French) and leather carry bag.

Halina 35-600, an Olympus Trip clone. It has a CDs meter but mine is not working in auto mode. I use the flash setting for a single speed (1/30th?) and manually set the aperture.
