I have been to Sichuan several times, the nearest to this I saw was at Jiujaiguo canyon, but I don't remember anything like a vantage point at this elevation. Any chance of being a little more specific about the location?

Jiujaigu?It is the Jiuzhaigou,elevation 2000M-3000M,is located in Jiuzhaigou County in ABA Sichuan Province.
