35L is awesome, 24-105 is convenient (for me) although it does produce great shots. Since you already have the 70-200 I would go for the 35L if I was you

my vote goes for the 35L...the only thing you may not like about it is that in some cases, it has a tendency to stay stuck to your camera :lol:
