Just wanted to pass on great results and customer service I received from Bay Photo. The quality of the printing I found to be spot on to what I see on my monitor and so I am very happy. In addition customer service getting started with them was excellent and they went over and beyond in their service on my first order. With my first submission I inadvertantly sent them a version of the file meant for the web and as a result, the print was very poor. When I realized my mistake and called, they offered to re-print the correct submission at 50% off. The original order involved not only a print, but mounting and a spray finish. Since it was my error, they certainly did not need to make the offer, but did. Obviously I will continue to use Bay Photo.
